How do I train in the off-season ?Off ice training is one of the most important things you can do to stay sharp and improve your skills before, during and after the hockey season. Personal lessons are great. Getting a group of friends together for small lessons is a great way to get personalized instruction and continue working as a team. There are also loads of skills and drills in the WHT website and training tools in the Tool Shed. Check them out. Don't hesitate to drop us a note with any questions you may have.
